Kundalini is the name of a serpent Goddess who unlocks an energetic experience to reveal the unseen potential in all human beings.

Kundalini Energy is something you can try to understand with your logical mind but ultimately she is an experience. She not only works her magic in yoga, she works in several different ways. She can awaken you through prayer, dance, breathwork, really, any way she chooses. All you have to do is open. Open to the experience of being guided to the truth of who you are. In Jung's book “The psychology of Kundalini Yoga” he creates a bridge between Psychoanalysis and the Philosophical practice of Kundalini Yoga. While Jung seemed unsure of a practical application for Kundalini yoga in the West, he nevertheless expressed a sincere belief in its efficacy as a means of “psychic hygiene” (Shamdasani, 1996).

Kundalini Fusion

Yoga has taken the world by storm with many flavors. In our training we focus on Vinyasa, and our Queen Kundalini. Vinyasa is a flow of yoga moving from one posture to the next guided by the breath. Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, meditation, chanting of mantras and dynamic breathing techniques.

By combining these two practices you will gain knowledge of how to release granthis (psychic knots) while you continue to move and lengthen your physical body through your breath.

What happens when we tap into our Kundalini energy?

We become aware of our creative capacities and our radiant caliber. We become aware of our finite relationship with infinity.

What makes it possible to experience Kundalini energy?

When the glandular system is activated and the nervous system is strong, the energies of the two systems combine to create a movement or flow of the spinal fluid, a sensitivity in the nerve endings. The brain in its totality receives signals and integrates them.

What is the result of experiencing Kundalini energy?

A new clarity expands our perceptions. We understand the effect and the impact of an action before we take it. We are at a choice whether to act or not to act because we have awareness. Awareness brings choice and choice brings freedom.

Is Kundalini energy necessary?

The human system was built to sustain the awakening of Kundalini energy. We cannot live a truly powerful life without a constant flow of kundalini energy. You can be alive without truly living, but why would you want that for yourself?

Meet Kelly Kundalini

Kelly Kundalini is a Soul Intuitive and a Teacher. Over the last 20 years, she’s traveled the world and cultivated a unique experience to share with the people around her. Kelly has studied with many teachers, including Peruvian Shamans and Tantric Masters. She is the creator of Kundalini Fusion, a platform focused on Healing through Sexual Energy and Consciousness. She has worked with thousands of clients, including Joe Divola (producer, One Tree Hill) Jesse Israel (creator, Mass Meditation group “The Big Quiet”) and Lulu ( CEO- Lulu’s Chocolate).

Kelly was diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 12 and placed in a back-brace with Doctors telling her she would wear it the rest of her life. This is where her healing process began. After discovering her psychic abilities, through a Kundalini Awakening she has devoted herself to the pursuit of deeper levels of consciousness and a journey to self-enlightenment, helping her friends, clients and students achieve the same.

Her vocation includes all aspects of the healing arts, from guiding groups to become teachers to engaging in one-on-one therapeutic sessions with private clients. As one who is eternally seeking a meaningful connection to her soul and Source of Life, Kelly has made it her life’s work to offer her clients and students a safe and powerful space for healing.  She provides everyone the opportunity to embark on a journey of soul exploration, along with physical and spiritual mending. She recognizes each individual has his or her own path, and is committed to identifying and developing personalized experiences for every person with whom she works.

She has attained more than 5,000  hours of education in such diverse yoga styles as Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Flow, as well as expanded her knowledge of meditation and is a trained Breathwork Therapist who is trauma informed.  In recognition of the significance of the mind-body connection, Kelly also studied massage therapy, graduating from the Northern Arizona Muscle Therapy Institute (2000). She has studied the bodywork and healing modalities of Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Energy Healing, and Thai Massage. Kelly currently resides between Europe and Nicaragua. When not surfing through her own consciousness , she can be found traveling the world in search of new energy, people, and adventure.
